As we entered 2022, customers had well and truly adjusted to life online and needed that extra push to go in-store. This meant it was time to re-launch Sephora’s in-store services. The It Starts at Sephora campaign highlights Sephora’s beauty services, from makeup and skincare to brows and beyond. This wasn’t just about offering a service; it was about creating an experience where customers could have fun, feel confident, and walk out feeling their boldest selves.
