The Brief
Create a campaign that repositions Sephora as the destination for beauty that empowers — not perfects. The goal was to celebrate natural beauty through real, wearable makeup looks that felt authentic, expressive, and inclusive. From freckles and scars to texture and tone, the campaign needed to reflect the full spectrum of beauty and connect with Sephora’s diverse audience across Asia-Pacific.

The Idea
Own Your Beauty Power marked a bold shift toward realness celebrating everything the beauty industry has historically edited out. The campaign embraced natural beauty with unapologetic confidence, capturing spontaneous, expressive moments that felt intimate, raw, and self-assured.

We brought the idea to life through a 30” campaign film, photography stills, and social cutdowns. Bold cropping and expressive angles gave the visuals an editorial edge, while the colour palette was carefully curated to complement every skin tone. The campaign lock-up merged Sephora’s iconic black and white branding with fresh illustrations and design elements a modern visual identity for a more inclusive definition of beauty.
